
This is a drink that has developed over time. As soon as I received a diagnosis of Stage 3 CRC, I began looking for ways to control the growth of a tumor. After my surgery, my focus shifted to preventing recurrence. As soon as I discovered the benefits of EGCG as an effective phytochemical to eliminate cancer stem cells, I began consuming copious amounts of green tea every day. Through time, experimentation, and an adventurous spirit, I began combining ingredients to make this a morning drink that not only works to eliminate cancer stem cells but also nourishes healthy cells, detoxes the blood, and awakens the senses. Enjoy!
Of course any or all of these ingredients can be switched or substituted, based on availability and cost.
Equipment Used:

Tea Blend: In French Press
- 1 tsp each
- Gunpowder Green Tea
- Butterfly Pea Flower
- Fennugreek
- Burdock Root
- Ground Avocado Pit
- 1/2 – Whole Cardamom
- 1- Soursop Leaf
- 3 – Whole Cloves
In Personal Mixer*
- 1 tsp Matcha Powder
- 1/4 tsp Spirulina Powder
- 1/4 tsp Moringa Powder
- 1/4 tsp Amla Powder
- 1/4 tsp Ginger Powder
- 1 tbsp Whole Lemon Puree (see below*)
- 2 tbsp ACV (Apple Cider Vinegar)
- 1 tsp Raw Organic Honey
*These are the core powders I use. I have added various other powders based on availability and price (Ashwaghanda, Elderberry, Wheat Grass, etc.)
Instructions:
- Heat water to desired temp (175-200F)
- Add heated water to french press and steep for desired amount of time (strength). I steep for 10 minutes the first day and 15 minutes the second day.
- Combine personal mixer ingredients in tumbler while tea is steeping.
- Stir in raw honey (1 tsp, if desired) to tea blend.
- Pour tea into mixer tumbler and blend.
- Pour mixture into desired container and let the healing begin.
*All ingredients are organic, if possible. However, availability and price can sometimes determine which ingredients are used.
*Lemon Puree:
This is very easy and the quantity depends on the amount of lemons. I will use amounts based on how much I can fit in my blender at one time.
Ingredients:
- 6 Organic Lemons
- 6 oz Organic Coconut Water
Instructions:
- Cut lemons into quarters and place in blender. Add coconut water (1 oz for each lemon). Blend until smooth. Add filtered water, if needed, to reach desired consistency. Pour puree into jars. Refrigerate one jar and place remaining in the freezer. It keeps for weeks in the refrigerator and months (maybe years) in the freezer.
